Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for apparel sizing issues. Just send us an email through our Contact Us page and we can set that up for you. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back exchanged items. Your new size will go out at no cost.

Returns
All items purchased on RipLineAngling.com are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns unless the item is defective.

Defective Merchandise
If something you purchased is defective please send us an email via our Contact Us page and we'll take care of it.  We require a photograph of the defective item. We will provide a contact email to you where you can send the photograph once we receive your request. Defective items will be replaced at no cost to you or refunded in full. We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.

Refunds
Refunds are available for defective merchandise only. PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to your PayPal account, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This may take up to three to four weeks to process. If it still hasn't been applied after you receive your next bill, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to resolve that for you.
